Outbound Business Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Conduct research and identify target accounts utilizing various tools and resources to create a comprehensive prospect list.

• Initiate outreach through cold calls, emails, and social media platforms to spark interest and assess needs.

• Evaluate leads based on business suitability, timing, and their readiness to engage with an Account Executive.

• Arrange high-quality meetings between interested decision-makers and our sales team.

• Keep precise records of prospect interactions and pipeline status within our CRM system.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance outreach strategies and optimize lead generation processes.

• Cultivate relationships with prospects who show interest but are not yet ready to fully engage.

• Provide regular updates to your manager and team regarding outreach activities and progress towards goals.


⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of connecting with new individuals.

• Resilience in the face of rejection and the self-motivation to continuously strive towards targets.

• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with a keen attention to detail.

• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

• A proven history of success in lead generation and outreach efforts.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• 1–2 years of experience in a comparable outbound sales role, preferably in the SaaS or technology sector.

• Previous outbound sales experience at a SaaS organization.

• Understanding of sales methodologies and lead generation strategies.

• Proficiency in business-level French.

• Willingness to travel for team events (approximately 1-2 times per quarter).
