Outbound, AI Visibility Growth Specialist – AEO, SEO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound campaigns including cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and community engagement initiatives.

• Enhance visibility through SEO-focused content and optimization strategies.

• Explore AEO: discovering ways to feature the company using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and others.

• Achieve earned media placements across various press outlets, blogs, and thought-leadership channels.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to test and refine messaging approaches.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in growth, outbound, or lead generation roles (or equivalent founder/operator experience).

• Proven success in cold outreach and SEO campaign execution.

• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis or automation tasks.

• A curious mindset with hands-on experience experimenting with AI tools, ChatGPT, or other large language models for increased visibility.

• Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, SEMrush, or similar platforms.

• A proactive 'scrappy' builder mentality - you create playbooks instead of waiting for them.
