• Take ownership of the regional integration of outage readiness for a designated portfolio of outages, acting as the main regional contact for the Outage Readiness organization.
• Aggregate and sustain a regional overview of outage readiness that encompasses: Fleet and outage-level risks, integration of scope across components, repairs, and services, as well as cross-outage dependencies and sequencing limitations.
• Collaborate with CPMs and Service Managers to guarantee that readiness contributions are integrated into existing planning milestones without hindering execution responsibilities.
• Offer insights and recommendations related to readiness to assist with: Planning and readiness evaluations, prioritization and sequencing discussions, and Go / No-Go escalation forums.
• Function as a risk integrator by pinpointing systemic readiness challenges across multiple outages and presenting mitigation strategies and trade-offs for leadership decision-making.
• Work closely with Fleet Programs / GSIM, Engineering, and regional stakeholders to facilitate CAPA implementation planning.
• Ensure that implications of fleet programs and CAPA on outage scope, timing, parts, repairs, and field execution are identified early and incorporated into regional planning.
• Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to support readiness in parts, repairs, and services, making sure that constraints and risks are recognized early.
• Strengthen standardized readiness frameworks, templates, and work practices to enable consistent execution across various regions and technologies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to Region Operations leadership by translating readiness risks into regional business impacts and actionable insights for decision-making.
• Promote continuous improvement by identifying process deficiencies, data quality concerns, and chances to enhance readiness visibility, predictability, and execution performance.
• Bachelor’s degree or a 4-year degree from an accredited institution in Operations, Engineering, Science, Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related area.
• At least 6 years of progressive experience in Operations, Project Management, Services, Customer, or Field Services.
• In-depth knowledge of industrial services operations, outage execution models, and fleet or portfolio-level planning.
• Proven capability to lead through influence within complex, matrixed organizations.
• Experience in managing or integrating multiple outages or programs simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and constraints.
• Strong grasp of outage planning and readiness processes, which include planning milestones and readiness evaluations.
• Experience in consolidating technical scope, parts, repairs, and field execution constraints into a unified readiness perspective.
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to effectively interact with CPMs, field teams, and senior leaders.
• Familiarity with Lean, Continuous Improvement, or similar operational excellence frameworks.
• Experience with power generation or industrial services portfolios is preferred but not limited to a specific technology.
• Background in CPM, Field Services, or portfolio/program management is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% (dependent on region and outage profile).
