OTM Functional Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collect, assess, and convert business requirements into functional solutions for OTM.

• Set up and provide support for Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) modules and features.

• Engage in OTM implementation, rollout, enhancements, and support projects following go-live.

• Ensure that transportation and logistics processes align with both business and operational needs.

• Facilitate integrations between OTM and enterprise systems, including ERP, WMS, carrier, and tax platforms.

• Oversee and assist with Brazil localization requirements, encompassing NF-e, CT-e, MDF-e, and compliance processes related to transportation taxes.

• Conduct functional testing, support UAT, and carry out end-user training sessions.

• Work collaboratively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to provide effective solutions.

• Offer functional expertise and assist in resolving issues, troubleshooting, and improving processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as an Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Functional Consultant.

• In-depth understanding of transportation, logistics, and freight management processes.

• Practical experience in OTM implementation, configuration, and support.

• Familiarity with Brazilian tax, fiscal, and regulatory requirements related to transportation.

• Experience in system integrations and gathering functional requirements.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
