OTC Trader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Conduct quoting for OTC trades.

• Maintain direct relationships with clients, liquidity providers, and banks.

• Perform pricing training and exposure control.

• Manage liquidity and treasury functions.

• Execute liquidations for both Crypto and FIAT.

• Handle the movement of funds for operational payments.

• Maintain bookkeeping for all transactions completed with clients.

• Maintain bookkeeping for all transactions completed with liquidity providers.

• Monitor the FIAT/Crypto inflow from closed operations.

• Oversee and approve liquidations.

• Prepare research and alerts.

• Collaborate in developing strategies (exposure, desk positioning, and prop trading).

• Be responsible for daily closing (PNL and balances).

⛳️ Requirements

• Have at least 2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in the crypto, fintech, or capital markets industry.

• Hold a degree in Economics or related fields, with a preference for profiles in Economics, Finance, or similar disciplines.

• Possess an AI First mindset and experience using AI tools aimed at process automation and optimization.

• Advanced degrees, postgraduate studies, or specializations in capital markets, finance, or related fields will be valued.

• Have solid knowledge of financial markets.

• Familiarity with blockchain and cryptocurrencies is considered a plus.

• Knowledge of DeFi protocols and lending solutions is also a plus.

• Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with various stakeholders.

• An advanced level of English and/or Portuguese will be regarded as an advantage.
