This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• You will oversee the Convatec area sales focusing on Ostomy care and the Flexi Seal Portfolio.
• Your role involves developing sales through various commercial activities.
• You will consistently work to enhance Convatec's market share within your designated territory.
• You will provide expert advice to customers on all technical inquiries related to wound management and care.
• You will manage key accounts, including both potential clinical and non-clinical customers in the region.
• You will effectively organize visits to the existing customer base while identifying new prospects.
• You will monitor the market landscape and utilize these insights to conduct independent market analyses.
• You will facilitate customer training sessions and coordinate medical product meetings.
• You will create and uphold action plans by assessing territory performance to meet sales objectives.
• You must adhere to all regulatory, clinical, and industry standards.
• You possess outstanding communication abilities.
• You are adaptable and committed to continuous improvement.
• You have prior experience in selling pharmaceutical or medical device products.
• You boast a proven record of success in your past professional endeavors.
• You exhibit strong business acumen, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a notable sales inclination.
• You know how to persuade your interlocutors with your engaging and dynamic approach.
• You are well-versed in contemporary sales techniques.
• You have excellent analytical skills and are proficient in MS-Office applications.
• You possess a valid driver’s license.
• You reside in Lombardia, with a preference for Bergamo, Milano, or Monza.
• Frequent travel within the assigned territory.
• Participation in national company initiatives and events.
