This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Coordinates all aspects of project activities to monitor lifecycle, budget, and progress in relation to goals.
• Manages project schedules and production trackers effectively.
• Fosters collaborative and respectful relationships with both internal teams and contractor partners to facilitate the flow of information necessary for reporting; builds trust to cultivate a productive working environment.
• Collects essential data for all progress reports and updates Smart Sheets on a daily basis.
• Provides daily status updates to leadership through meetings and delivers weekly reports to leadership and the SVP.
• Ensures that the project schedule is consistently updated; daily updates to the production tracker are maintained.
• Offers daily updates on construction status, including cabinet status and power tracking.
• Ensures that all partners are aligned with the working schedule and meeting objectives.
• Ensures timely tracking and payment of all invoices in accordance with budget parameters.
• Collaborates with necessary internal team members to address construction complaints within 24 hours, ensuring complete resolution within 7 days.
• Monitors Franchise Agreements to guarantee compliance and prevent lapses in agreements, working in tandem with relevant internal teams.
• Adapts to manage competing priorities and interruptions from multiple external stakeholders while maintaining focus on critical priorities.
• Maintains accuracy in Street Sheets from partners on a daily basis.
• Oversees the Damage Report Tracker and provides weekly status updates to leadership.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, preferably in the construction industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Proven experience working with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and construction Smart Sheets is essential.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills along with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capable of effectively building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and contractor partners.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: a self-starter capable of adapting to project demands and shifting priorities while ensuring workflow continuity post-triage.
• Strong analytical skills: adept at gathering and documenting data from various sources for reporting purposes.
