This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee organizational trends, communication styles, and team interactions.
• Recognize recurring problems, bottlenecks, or concerns before they escalate.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Assist in initiatives that foster trust, communication, and overall organizational effectiveness.
• Manage the cadence, agendas, notes, and follow-up on action items for leadership meetings.
• Ensure that team meetings and one-on-ones are held consistently.
• Monitor key commitments and promote accountability across various departments.
• Aid in employee onboarding, integration, and development initiatives.
• Keep records of employee development and growth pathways.
• Coordinate programs for recognition and employee engagement initiatives.
• Help ensure team members feel supported, connected, and well-informed.
• Maintain organizational dashboards, boards, and tracking systems.
• Assist in the development and enhancement of internal processes and communication systems.
• Document workflows, procedures, and organizational best practices.
• Prepare summaries of organizational activities and updates for leadership.
• Track team engagement, development initiatives, and operational trends.
• Provide support to leadership on special projects and organizational planning activities.
• A background in Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Operations, Anthropology, Sociology, Education, Leadership Development, or a similar field.
• Strong abilities in systems thinking and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to balance a people-centered approach with operational execution.
• Robust organizational and project management skills.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing responsibilities.
• High emotional intelligence and professional maturity.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Personal laptop or desktop computer.
• Quality headset for meetings and client calls.
• Dedicated workspace free from distractions and background noise.
