Organizational Change Management Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Facilitate organizational readiness and encourage user adoption through effective communication, training, and change management initiatives.

• Create training materials, strategies for stakeholder engagement, and resources for user support related to new processes and technologies.

• Aid in evaluating and promoting outcomes of user adoption.

• Assist with readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, adoption, and user-support initiatives for the FMBT interface, data conversion, data cleansing, wave deployment, and transition changes.

• Generate communications for stakeholders, readiness materials, SOP/job aid content, training coordination, inputs for adoption measurement, and analyses of change impacts.

• Support Momentum/iFAMS processes including testing, go-live activities, post-go-live support, and transition initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in organizational change management, training development, communications, stakeholder engagement, user adoption, and/or project support.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust clearance.

• Prosci/CCMP certification is preferred.

• Experience with large-scale technology implementations is preferred.

• Familiarity with Human-Centered Design for communications and training job aids is preferred.

• Experience with VA/TMS is preferred.

• Background in Momentum/iFAMS, Agile/SAFe methodologies, process mapping, and federal financial management transformation is preferred.
