Organizational Change Management Lead, EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Operate entirely from a remote location

• Assist in the company's worldwide launches while ensuring smooth transitions throughout the organization

• Steer teams through periods of change, clarifying roles and responsibilities, managing milestones, and promoting effective communication, training, and engagement strategies

• Spearhead change initiatives that align with the strategic objectives of the organization

• Formulate and execute change management strategies to ensure successful integration of new initiatives and processes

• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to synchronize organizational goals and priorities with change initiatives

• Conduct evaluations to pinpoint strengths and areas needing improvement, then devise action plans to fill identified gaps

• Create and deliver change management training programs tailored for leaders and employees

• Facilitate workshops and meetings to engage stakeholders and build consensus on change initiatives

• Assess and review the effectiveness of change management efforts, providing recommendations for enhancements

• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on change management best practices and methodologies

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution

• At least 5 years of experience in change management or similar roles

• Demonstrated success in leading change management initiatives within complex matrix environments

• Comprehensive understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools

• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities

• Capacity to influence and cultivate relationships across all levels of the organization

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is advantageous

• Flexibility to adapt to evolving circumstances and manage ambiguity

• Competence in project management methodologies and tools
