Organizational Change Management Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Leads play a crucial role in delivering client services at Argano.

• As a Lead within Argano's Organizational Change Management (OCM) practice for Oracle, you will provide high-quality solutions that address our clients' most urgent business issues, exceeding their expectations while fostering enduring partnerships.

• Collaborate with colleagues across the OCM practice and Oracle business unit to enhance the client experience.

• Assist in developing change deliverables in complex, multi-site environments; identify risks and suggest mitigation strategies.

• Perform Adoption Readiness Assessments, analyze findings, and recommend actionable tactical activities to foster and maintain change adoption.

• Create communication materials aligned with the strategy and tactical plans tailored to specific client transformation goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in Change Management teams.

• 3-5 years of experience in a professional services or consulting organization.

• Bachelor's degree is required; a Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Industrial/Systems Engineering, Business, or Management is preferred.

• Certification in a recognized change management methodology (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) is preferred.

• Strong ability to collaborate and work as part of a team.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of being self-directed and prioritizing tasks to produce key deliverables.

• Willingness and capability to travel.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
