This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive employee experience framework that encompasses the entire employee lifecycle, including attraction, onboarding, development, engagement, performance, retention, and exit.
• Recognize and enhance pivotal "moments that matter" throughout the employee journey.
• Analyze employee data such as engagement surveys, pulse checks, exit interviews, and feedback mechanisms, converting insights into actionable improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and the Talent & Learning team to integrate employee experience initiatives across the organization.
• Assist in organizational development, clarifying roles, and optimizing the operating model in alignment with business strategy.
• Drive organizational development initiatives, including team effectiveness, leadership alignment, cultural diagnostics, and capability assessments.
• Play a role in culture-shaping initiatives that align with the Group’s values, behavioral standards, and leadership expectations.
• Support the organization in preparing for growth, transformation, and operational change initiatives.
• Implement suitable change management frameworks and methodologies across people, IT, and business transformation initiatives.
• Perform change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses for significant projects.
• Create, execute, and evaluate change plans, including communication, engagement, readiness, and adoption activities.
• Mentor leaders and managers on effective practices for change leadership.
• Collaborate closely with the Group Manager, Talent & Learning, to synchronize employee experience, organizational development, learning, leadership development, and succession initiatives.
• Contribute to leadership development programs by incorporating behavioral, cultural, and change capability components.
• Establish strong working relationships with HR Business Partners, Talent & Learning, Reward, and HR Operational Excellence teams.
• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• Have at least 3 years of experience in Employee Experience, Organizational Development, and/or Change Management.
• Exhibit experience in complex, multi-site or multi-environment organizations, with experience in manufacturing, mining, or industrial sectors being particularly beneficial.
• Have experience supporting group or multi-entity organizations across corporate and operational functions.
• Demonstrate strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills, with the capability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the business.
• Be analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate employee insights into practical people initiatives.
• Have experience leading or supporting organizational change, culture transformation, and employee engagement initiatives.
