This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Serving as a strategic partner to organizational leaders.
• Leading and facilitating initiatives that promote cultural change and inclusivity across the organization.
• Utilizing data and insights to guide strategic planning.
• Supporting and empowering employee networks and Mental Health First Aiders.
• Advocating for inclusive policies, practices, accessibility, and trauma-informed methodologies.
• Designing and implementing learning and development programs.
• Collaborating with various teams to create engaging communications and organization-wide events.
• Managing key projects related to equity, diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing.
• Extensive subject matter expertise in equity, diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing.
• Proven experience in advancing organizational cultural change.
• Strong understanding of essential legislation, including the Equality Act 2010.
• Excellent skills in project and program management.
• Highly effective communication abilities.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience in co-creation and collaboration with employee or volunteer networks is highly preferable.
