Organisational Change Manager – OCM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete change strategy and implementation plan that aligns with program goals, business results, and the needs of stakeholders.

• Manage assessments of change impact, readiness, and risks; convert insights into priorities, sequencing, and recommendations for executives.

• Develop and oversee integrated change strategies (communications, engagement, training, resistance management, sponsor roadmap) ensuring they align with overall program objectives.

• Proactively identify adoption risks and organizational constraints; escalate and resolve significant issues with sponsors, leaders, and governance forums.

• Create measures for adoption and change performance; deliver actionable reporting and insights to guide decisions and ensure benefits realization.

• Craft the change narrative and executive messaging—transforming complex transformations into straightforward, outcome-oriented communications for varied audiences.

• Establish the communication and engagement strategy while supervising the creation of executive-ready communications (briefings, change narratives, FAQs, campaigns).

⛳️ Requirements

• Executive Communication – Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills; proficiency in European languages is an advantage.

• AI Tools Experience – Proficient in using tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, and similar platforms.

• Change Management Expertise – Demonstrated success in delivering complex programs; familiarity with Prosci/ADKAR, CMBoK methodologies.

• Stakeholder Management – Capable of advising and influencing executives and leaders effectively.

• Digital Proficiency – Strong competencies in the Microsoft 365 suite; skilled in digital settings.

• Leadership Attributes – Proactive, resilient, adaptable; excels in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
