Organic Social Media Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop content strategies and monthly content calendars aligned with brand positioning, centered around content pillars that link brand identity, product, and audience.

• Generate content across various formats: Reels, carousels, static posts, and Stories, utilizing both curated brand asset libraries and original captures within established visual and tonal frameworks.

• Manage community interactions: respond to comments, engage in DMs, and monitor brand presence. You will serve as the brand's voice in conversations, extending beyond just the feed.

• Activate cultural moments: identify and act upon seasonal trends, popular topics, and the cultural arenas where each brand's audience resides.

• Formulate growth strategies and audience development plans: cultivate follower bases with purpose, avoiding reliance on vanity metrics.

• Oversee editorial calendar management, ensuring content is staged and approved before publication.

• Provide monthly reports on social media performance with precise metrics, avoiding vague assessments.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of practical experience in organic social media management.

• Proficient in content creation: capable of shooting, editing, and producing Reels and short-form videos using a phone and basic tools.

• Design skills in Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.

• Strong instinct for brand voice: able to internalize guidelines and create content that resonates with the brand's identity.

• Experience in community management with a legitimate brand, including comment moderation and responding to DMs.

• Comfortable analyzing social media metrics and translating data into actionable insights.

• Excellent client-facing communication skills: you will participate in calls, present content strategies, and directly represent the agency to brand stakeholders.

• Proven track record of remote work with strong written communication abilities.
