Organic Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Gibraltar.

📋 Description

• Create and implement a strategy for organic growth across web and app platforms as well as content environments.

• Assist in on-page optimization, which includes metadata, internal linking, and content structure.

• Oversee website optimization initiatives and provide technical SEO recommendations.

• Propel progressive change through AIO-focused ideas and execution, continuously adjusting to the evolving search landscape.

• Manage the multi-state strategy in the US using localization tactics to enhance visibility and conversion rates.

• Assist in updating website and app content across various CMS platforms.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective content delivery, quality assurance, and optimization.

• Uphold strong standards for content governance and documentation.

• Track SEO, ASO, and AIO performance metrics and deliver actionable reporting insights.

• Evaluate competitor activities, changes in rankings, and opportunities for optimization.

• Work closely with analytics teams to facilitate performance tracking and alignment of attribution.

• Aid in reporting validation and operational QA across SEO and content initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in SEO, ASO, and content optimization.

• Familiarity with traditional keyword research tools as well as modern AI content optimization tools, LLM behavior tracking, and prompt engineering principles.

• Strong grasp of SEO best practices, content optimization strategies, and organic growth techniques.

• Experience with contemporary CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, headless CMS) and app store management consoles.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

• Experience in the gaming industry is highly preferred.
