Organic Growth Lead, SEO, AEO Content

📋 Description

• Develop content that ranks highly on Google and garners mentions in platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini regarding insurance, maintenance, or repairs.

• Organize pages to ensure AI answer engines highlight Jerry's responses.

• Stay updated on SEO and AEO trends and enhance Jerry's visibility to new audiences.

• Monitor Jerry's presence in search results and AI responses, addressing any visibility gaps.

• Manage Jerry's editorial process across jerry.ai and other external channels.

• Define the content strategy and advocate for resource allocation amidst competing priorities.

• Link organic traffic and customer acquisition goals to the content strategy.

• Create and manage an efficient brief-to-publish content workflow: brief, AI draft, human editing, quality assurance, and publication.

• Implement quality controls and drift metrics to uphold content standards as production scales.

• Determine which tasks AI can manage and identify areas requiring human oversight.

• Establish and uphold editorial standards for both writers and AI contributors.

• Create named authors, verified claims, and transparent review processes to ensure reliable insurance and financing content.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Strong editorial insight and the capability to create engaging, compelling writing for both humans and LLMs.

• Eagerness and ability to keep pace with rapidly changing SEO and AEO techniques.

• Proficient use of LLMs for drafting, research, synthesis, automation, and content amplification.

• Skill in ensuring factual accuracy and sourcing for YMYL finance and insurance materials.

• Capability to design content briefs, AI drafting workflows, quality assurance checkpoints, human editing stages, and publishing processes.

• Ability to establish quality controls and drift metrics for AI-driven content creation.

• Competence in setting and enforcing editorial standards among writers and AI tools.

• Must reside in an eligible location: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada.
