This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Develop high-impact organic content with a focus on video.

• Edit and repurpose content from the studio, user-generated content (UGC), and brand assets.

• Generate various content perspectives from the same source material.

• Transform basic footage into captivating, high-retention videos by utilizing text overlays, music, sound design, pacing, sequencing, and narrative structure.

• Implement attention-grabbing and virality principles.

• Construct content that leverages curiosity, identity, and tension-based hooks, as well as visual and audio interruptions, retention frameworks (payout, delayed reveal), and open loops.

• Objective: halt scrolling, maintain viewer interest, and create impactful conclusions.

• Utilize trends purposefully.

• Recognize emerging trends early, comprehend *why* they resonate, and tailor them to align with the brand and product rather than merely replicating formats.

• Craft narratives that enhance brand perception.

• Produce content that connects the product with lifestyle, experience, identity, and culture, evoking immediate emotional responses without the need for extensive explanation.

• Strategically plan and publish content across various platforms.

• Ensure a steady publishing rhythm on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

• Adjust to platform-specific formats and user behaviors.

• Create supplementary static and carousel content (image posts, carousels, text-driven visuals) that reinforce the video strategy.

• Engage in creator research and selection.

• Identify creators who align with the brand, assist in selecting collaborators, and contribute to sourcing culturally and aesthetically fitting content.

• Provide feedback and insights back to the brand.

• Analyze trends to highlight effective hooks, visuals, and product details, offering ideas that shape creative direction and future content.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in editing short-form videos for a brand (preference for streetwear, culture, music, skate, lifestyle, or fashion).

• Comprehensive knowledge of streetwear culture, extending beyond the visual aspect.

• Strong intuition for what performs well organically on TikTok and Reels: able to articulate why a hook is effective, where retention falters, and what makes a payout resonate.

• Refined taste in music, visuals, and timing.

• Proficient in editing software such as CapCut, CapCut Pro, Premiere, or similar platforms.

• Well-versed in Meta Business Suite, TikTok, and Instagram native tools (publishing and analytics).

• Exceptional copywriting skills, particularly for short captions and text overlays.

• Proficient in spoken and written English: communicates effectively via email, Slack, and conference calls.

• Reside in a time zone that allows for overlap with our CET office hours (10:00–18:00).
