This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the main liaison for the Field Sales team, offering assistance with inquiries related to opportunity booking and subscription management.
• Opportunity Bookings and Documentation: Oversee opportunity bookings, ensuring they are accurate and complete.
• Collaboration and Process Efficiency: Collaborate with the Deal Desk and Billing teams to process opportunities efficiently and accurately.
• Reconciliations: Conduct weekly and monthly reconciliations, maintaining a 1:1 correspondence between Netsuite Invoice and SFDC Opportunity.
• Compliance and Rules: Exhibit a foundational understanding of ASC606, SOX, and Export Compliance.
• Industry Familiarity: Knowledge of the Enterprise SaaS/B2B Industry, with preferred experience in Order Management, Finance Operations, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Pricing.
• Collaborative Skills: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with GTM Teams and other cross-functional departments.
• Financial Acumen: Fundamental understanding of revenue recognition rules.
• Organizational Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize, particularly during high-volume periods such as End of Month or End of Quarter.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional communication abilities, with a focus on transparency.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong quantitative skills and proficiency in NetSuite, Salesforce, along with basic knowledge and understanding of a CPQ tool.
