Order Management Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

đź“‹ Description

• Accurately input and sustain sales orders in NetSuite, ensuring complete alignment with data from Salesforce and the conditions specified in signed agreements.

• Examine and confirm order specifics—including pricing, contract stipulations, product setups, and billing timelines—prior to and following entry.

• Collaborate closely with the Revenue Operations (RevOps) team to facilitate efficient order processing and maintain data integrity across systems.

• Detect and report any issues in the order process, proactively engaging Sales and RevOps to rectify discrepancies.

• Perform regular reconciliations between Salesforce and NetSuite to ensure consistency and currency of system data.

• Assist with invoicing and fulfillment processes, highlighting issues that may affect billing precision or customer satisfaction.

• Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives under the supervision of the Senior Order Management Analyst.

• Address internal inquiries related to order status, contract specifics, and system data promptly and professionally.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in order management, sales operations, revenue operations, or a related field.

• Practical experience with NetSuite and/or Salesforce; familiarity with navigating and cross-referencing data between both platforms is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes, encompassing order entry, contract review, invoicing, and fulfillment.

• Excellent attention to detail with a proven history of identifying and rectifying data discrepancies.

• Effective communication skills and the capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across different time zones.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and maintain accuracy under pressure in a dynamic environment.

• Comfortable escalating issues clearly and professionally to senior team members and stakeholders.

• Experience in a SaaS or media/advertising technology setting is advantageous.
