Order Management Manager – Night Shift

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct the AMER and WW EDS Order Management teams to guarantee prompt and precise customer order processing.

• Maintain regular communication with the teams to share updates, collect feedback, and promote ongoing improvement.

• Work closely with IT support to address system issues and engage in user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to tackle operational challenges and deliver solutions.

• Ensure the standardization of order management procedures across various regions and coordinate with global teams for uniformity.

• Document and optimize workflows to boost efficiency and minimize errors.

• Assist teams in reaching their performance objectives and KPIs.

• Make informed strategic decisions and allocate resources efficiently to achieve business goals.

• Proficient in SAP and MS Office applications.

• Strong analytical capabilities with experience in data analysis utilizing various tools.

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

• Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities to lead cross-functional teams.

• Experienced in team leadership, collaboration, and providing training and mentorship.

• Proficient in problem-solving, coaching, and conflict resolution.

• Fluent in English.
