This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.
• Oversee and direct the AMER and WW EDS Order Management teams to guarantee prompt and precise processing of customer orders.
• Frequently engage with the teams to provide updates, solicit feedback, and promote ongoing improvements.
• Work in conjunction with IT support to troubleshoot system issues and take part in user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to address and resolve operational challenges.
• Ensure the standardization of order management processes across different regions and collaborate with global teams for uniformity.
• Document and optimize workflows to boost efficiency and minimize errors.
• Assist teams in reaching performance objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Make informed strategic decisions and allocate resources efficiently to achieve business goals.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office software.
• Strong analytical abilities with a background in data analysis using various tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Effective communicator with robust interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional teams.
• Experienced in team leadership, collaboration, and providing training and support.
• Proficient in problem-solving, coaching, and conflict resolution.
• Fluent in English.
