Order Management Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage healthcare orders from start to finish, including verifying insurance and checking stock/inventory.

• Engage with providers through the messaging portal to address missing information or clarify order specifics.

• Achieve and enhance order volume and accuracy goals during training and afterwards.

• Identify issues, raise questions, and escalate concerns when discrepancies arise.

• Provide and receive feedback consistently within a fast-paced, detail-focused team environment.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues on common objectives, ensuring individual contributions enhance team performance.

• Coordinate logistics among nurses, patients, insurance entities, and distribution partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to patients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A background in healthcare is advantageous.

• Familiarity with durable medical equipment (DME) or medical supplies is beneficial.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• High organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Naturally inquisitive and self-driven.

• Comfortable working autonomously.

• Capable of managing a large workload while maintaining accuracy.

• Open to receiving regular, direct feedback and adapting swiftly.

• Team-oriented approach with a collaborative mindset.

• Willingness to adapt to various workflows and communication methods.

• Legally permitted to work in the United States.
