Order Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Sales and internal stakeholders such as Legal, Deal Desk, Product Managers, and Billing to ensure complete and compliant Akamai orders.

• Provide guidance and evaluate approvals, customer information, contractual product details, pricing, contract structure, and opportunity specifics.

• Draft and finalize approved sales documentation.

• Act as the primary resource for sales regarding order-related inquiries, particularly in the creation of paperwork.

• Assess every customer-facing document for precision and compliance.

• Work closely with sales teams daily to identify optimal contract structures and support existing customer renewals.

• Collect sales feedback and transform client requirements into valid, compliant orders and contracts.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to review and obtain approvals for both standard and non-standard deals.

• Oversee and audit ongoing sales orders for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies.

• Serve as a subject-matter expert on sales policies and deal terms.

• Spot opportunities to enhance the order process.

• Keep abreast of Akamai's product offerings, pricing, and features to advise sales teams effectively.
