Oracle Transition Manager, EBS, Fusion, Integration, PaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct the complete transition phase, encompassing planning, execution, and stabilization.

• Establish and uphold the transition plan, timeline, and governance framework in accordance with approximately a 2-month transition schedule.

• Facilitate knowledge transfer (KT), shadowing, and reverse shadowing initiatives.

• Ensure thoroughness of documentation, including process flows, KT materials, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and runbooks.

• Handle transition-related risks, issues, and dependencies with effective mitigation strategies.

• Collaborate closely with existing vendors, client stakeholders, and delivery teams.

• Determine service readiness criteria pertaining to people, processes, and tools.

• Guarantee a smooth transition into AMS operations, specifically the L2/L3 support model.

• Track transition progress and regularly update stakeholders on status.

• Provide support during the early-life phase and stabilization following the transition.

• Align resource onboarding and ramp-up strategies with transition milestones.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in IT services, with significant exposure to application and service transitions.

• Proven experience in managing transitions for Oracle EBS / Fusion environments.

• Strong comprehension of the AMS delivery model, particularly L2/L3 support.

• Demonstrated expertise in transition planning, governance, and execution.

• Experience in multi-vendor and global delivery settings is essential.

• Familiarity with the integration landscape, including OIC, APIs, and PaaS, is advantageous.

• Experience with structured methodologies such as ITIL and transition frameworks.

• Oracle-related certification is a valuable addition.

• Proficient English communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
