Oracle Service Cloud Consultant

📋 Description

• Oversee the functional design and configuration of Oracle Service Cloud.

• Collect and assess data related to customer service and contact centers.

• Set up case management, workflows, business rules, and knowledge management systems.

• Facilitate workshops, fit-gap assessments, and solution presentations.

• Create functional specifications and documentation for business processes.

• Assist with Service Cloud integrations alongside OFS and other enterprise applications.

• Direct functional testing and user acceptance testing activities.

• Conduct training and manage change sessions.

• Work closely with both business and technical teams.

• Guarantee alignment with customer service transformation objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–12+ years of relevant experience.

• Preferred: Oracle B2C Service (Service Cloud) Implementation Professional certification.
