This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

• Deliver advisory services on Oracle licensing to ensure compliance and minimize financial risks.

• Provide assistance during Oracle license audits, including support for negotiations.

• Carry out annual licensing audits and health assessments to evaluate entitlements and uncover deficiencies.

• Assess and recommend cost-effective licensing strategies for both current and future environments.

• Provide advice on license de-support strategies, including the use of Rimini Street services.

• Support modernization efforts (e.g., SBP, EBMP) in transitioning legacy systems to Oracle Cloud.

• Aid in the design and execution of processes for Oracle software requests and approvals.

• Serve as GOS's representative in interactions with Oracle and third-party service providers.

• Lead business process mapping and requirements-gathering sessions with key stakeholders.

• Conduct thorough reviews of Oracle contracts in partnership with legal and procurement teams.

• At least 5+ years of experience in Oracle licensing advisory and compliance roles.

• Comprehensive understanding of Oracle's licensing policies for both on-premises and cloud-based systems.

• Proven experience in Oracle contract reviews and negotiations.

• Ability to effectively engage with vendors and internal stakeholders.

• Strong capabilities in business analysis, process documentation, and requirements management.

• Familiarity with Rimini Street or other third-party Oracle license support models is a plus.

• Exceptional communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in supporting change management initiatives within complex environments.
