Oracle Fusion Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee projects from initiation to completion

• Manage projects of medium to large scale with varying levels of complexity

• Cultivate new business opportunities within the project and assist in preparing proposals, RFPs, etc.

• Lead multiple implementations and coordinate cross-functional teams

• Travel as required to client locations to carry out essential tasks

• Engage with healthcare professionals and staff at all levels in both individual and group scenarios

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in Oracle Program Management roles, primarily focused on cloud (OCI) projects

• Experience in leading healthcare implementations is essential

• At least 6 years of experience managing medium to large-scale Oracle Fusion implementation projects with varying complexities

• Proven ability to lead, build consensus, and promote accountability among cross-functional client, vendor, and project teams

• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion integration processes and best practices

• Oracle Fusion certification in at least one module is required
