Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) by demonstrating extensive knowledge and in-depth experience within the Cloud HCM product.

• Collaborate with a worldwide team of functional leaders, business partners, and technical specialists.

• Clearly communicate the optimal integration of Oracle technologies to achieve exceptional business results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of cumulative experience, encompassing both hands-on Oracle development and leadership of teams.

• More than 3 years of practical experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.

• Expertise in the HCM Data Domain, with a background in Conversions, Integrations, Fast Formulas, Reports, Workflows, and Security.

• Proficiency in BI Publisher, including RTF design, eText, Scheduling, Parameter Handling, Bursting, and migrating reports to different pods.

• Familiarity with additional Reporting Tools such as HCM Extract, OTBI, and Analysis Dashboard.

• Experience in extending Cloud/EBS through the native personalization layer.

• Knowledge of Fast Formulas, HCM Data Loader, Custom Role Development, and Cloud System Administration services.
