• Candidate with 13+ years of experience

• Essential Skills

• Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional expertise

• Experience in Workforce Deployment

• Proficient in Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Learning, Compensation, Absence, and Benefits

• Knowledge of HCM Data Loader (HDL) & Data Migration

• Proficient in Oracle SQL

• Experience with HCM Extracts

• Familiarity with BI Publisher

• Experience with OIC Integrations

• Knowledge of SOAP/REST Web Services

• Experience with Redwood UI & VBCS

• Skills in HCM Integrations & Support

• Experience in CRP/SIT/UAT Testing

• Experience in Implementation & Production Support
