This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jordan, +2 more countries.
• Spearhead the Financials discovery, CRP1/fit-to-standard, and CRP2/TO-BE workshops, converting agreed-upon processes into a practical Oracle Fusion design.
• Take ownership of enterprise financial frameworks and configuration choices, encompassing ledgers, legal entities/business units, chart of accounts, calendars, currencies, accounting options, and reference data.
• Lead the configuration and validation processes for GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Tax, and Expenses.
• Address accounting touchpoints related to revenue/receivables that are pertinent to Contracts and CRM.
• Create finance approval workflows and Delegation of Authority specifications in collaboration with Security/GRC teams.
• Ensure that segregation-of-duties considerations are factored into the design.
• Manage the Financials components of RD.011, RTM, and BF.016/application configuration baseline.
• Guarantee that approved requirements are traceable to the configuration or acknowledged gaps.
• Establish the Finance data migration scope, mapping, and reconciliation rules; approve trial-load results and final financial reconciliation documentation.
• Define integration requirements for Finance with Procurement, Enterprise Contracts, CRM, Projects/EPM, AMS, banks/payment services, and other external systems.
• Review MD.050/MD.070 content as necessary.
• Determine reporting, BI Publisher/OTBI, and finance KPI requirements and validate the outputs.
• Prepare and assist with SIT/UAT scenarios, manage functional defects, validate regression outcomes, and facilitate business acceptance through TE.040/TE.130 evidence.
• Aid in cutover planning, opening balances, final data loads, period/control readiness, production validation, and hypercare reconciliation.
• Oversee and quality-review the work of the Financials Consultant.
• Deliver structured knowledge transfer to Mada Media Finance users and administrators.
• A minimum of 10 years in Oracle Financials implementation/consulting is preferred, with a solid background in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• At least 3 comprehensive end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementations are strongly preferred, including one intricate multi-module integration program.
• Practical experience in configuring and leading GL, AP, AR, Cash, Assets, Tax, and Expenses.
• Familiarity with Fusion receivables/revenue integrations.
• Demonstrated ownership of finance migration, reconciliation, SIT/UAT, and cutover activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Oracle Fusion Financials certification and accounting qualifications are advantageous.
