Oracle Fusion Analyst, Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Implementation and Configuration: Assist in the setup, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Fusion ERP, covering Finance, Supply Chain, and Procurement while ensuring conformity with business processes and controls.

• Functional Support: Address functional issues, workflows, and business rules, offering daily operational support and resolving issues within the production system.

• Integration and Reporting: Work alongside technical teams to design and sustain integrations, custom reports, and workflows utilizing Oracle tools such as OIC, VBCS, ADF, OTBI, and SmartView.

• Data Management: Engage in data migration, validation, and cleansing efforts, ensuring data integrity throughout system upgrades or migrations.

• Project Participation: Assist with ERP-related projects, including upgrades, patches, UAT, regression testing, and month-end or year-end closing activities.

• Customer Service and Collaboration: Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into scalable Oracle Fusion solutions.

• Monitor and support scheduled jobs and processes, addressing transaction console errors as necessary.

• Provide after-hours assistance during upgrades or vendor-led updates when required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ability to legally access information and technology that is governed by US export controls.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields; financial or accounting experience is a plus.

• Over 3 years of experience in an Oracle ERP functional support role.

• Recent hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud.

• Strong background in Finance and/or Supply Chain modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, PO, INV, OM, or Procurement.

• Experience in creating OTBI reports.

• Solid understanding of business processes and controls.

• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service abilities.

• Comfortable providing support for production systems and business-critical processes.
