This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Evaluate business needs and implement effective Oracle Financials solutions across Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Payments, and Cash Management modules.
• Oversee the Procurement-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash workflows.
• Issue customer invoices upon receipt of payments.
• Generate vendor invoices following payment completion.
• Supervise the journal creation process (Standard and Advanced Intercompany).
• Conduct bank statement reconciliation and matching processes.
• Manage and configure Oracle Flexfields (both Descriptive and Key) along with Oracle Workflow/BPM configurations.
• Implement thorough Oracle system configurations while ensuring the integrity of both master and transactional data.
• Set up and maintain Oracle EBS look-ups and other metadata definitions.
• Devise detailed test strategies, develop comprehensive test cases, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• 4-6 years of practical experience with Oracle Cloud Financials and/or Oracle EBS.
• Proven expertise in configuring Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Payments, and Cash Management.
• Experience with Oracle Payables payment processing, including various payment types such as ACH, wire, and check formats.
• Knowledge of Oracle Payments and associated payment process profiles.
• Experience in Oracle AR processes, including invoice creation and aging reports.
• In-depth understanding of financial business processes and procure-to-pay lifecycles for both vendors and customers.
• Experience with Oracle BI reporting, specifically in creating and maintaining BIP templates (XML, eText, RTF) and data models.
• Familiar with Oracle Cash Management, including bank statement reconciliation and formats like BAI2, MT940, and CAMT.053.
• Proficient in Oracle system configuration, master data governance (suppliers, customers, chart of accounts, legal entities), and management of transactional data.
• Experience with Oracle Ledger Sets and Multi-Org (MOAC) in multi-subsidiary and multi-currency settings.
• Skilled in Agile project methodologies and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal); additional language skills are a plus.
