Oracle EBS Technical – Order to Cash, Revenue Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, customize, enhance, and maintain Oracle E-Business Suite R12 solutions with a focus on Order-to-Cash / Order-to-Revenue processes.

• Formulate technical designs and specifications based on functional and business requirements.

• Develop and support PL/SQL APIs, Forms, Reports, Workflows, Concurrent Programs, Alerts, interfaces, and other RICEW components.

• Design and implement Oracle EBS integrations with third-party applications using Oracle Integrated SOA Gateway, APIs, open interfaces, and associated technologies.

• Assist in Oracle EBS integration with RevPro Revenue Management or similar revenue recognition systems.

• Diagnose and resolve intricate application and integration issues, including performance tuning and optimization.

• Support monthly pre-close and closing activities for Revenue Systems, as well as revenue report reconciliations.

• Engage in upgrades, patches, regression testing, use-case testing, and production deployments.

• Design and document enhancements and customizations, including BRDs, technical specifications, test cases, and supporting documentation.

• Assist in UAT and collaborate directly with business users to address incidents, process challenges, and application issues.

• Participate in offshore Revenue Systems support activities and related Oracle EBS and Revenue Systems projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

• Over 10 years of experience in Oracle EBS development, ideally in a multi-org environment.

• Strong hands-on expertise with Oracle EBS R12 and PL/SQL development.

• Proven experience in Order-to-Cash processes.

• Required proficiency in Oracle Integrated SOA Gateway (ISG).

• Extensive experience in developing Oracle Apps RICEW components.

• Knowledge of PL/SQL and SQL; Oracle Forms and Reports; XML/BI Publisher; Workflow Builder; SQL*Loader; Oracle APIs and Open Interfaces.

• Strong grasp of Oracle EBS Financials, Distribution, Manufacturing, Planning, and Supply Chain applications.

• Experience with Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Inventory, Install Base, Service Contracts, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger.

• Experience integrating Oracle EBS with RevPro Revenue Management is highly desirable.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and performance-tuning capabilities.

• Ability to comprehend business requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions.

• Experience directly interacting with business users for requirements gathering, solution demonstrations, UAT, production support, and issue resolution.

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

• Capability to work independently on complex issues while collaborating with onsite and offshore teams.
