Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Evaluate business requirements to ensure that Oracle solutions align with customer goals through the application of industry best practices, product expertise, and business insight.

• Oversee complete work streams related to Oracle applications.

• Carry out systems strategy and gather business requirements.

• Conduct fit-gap analysis and design both as-is and to-be processes.

• Organize Conference Room Pilot (CRP) sessions.

• Functionally configure Oracle SCM solutions.

• Manage testing phases and client user training initiatives.

• Implement Oracle Cloud SCM solutions, which encompass Procurement, Inventory Management, and Cost Management.

• Assist in implementations that involve OTC, PTP, RTR, PTD, Inventory, Purchasing, Shipping, GOP, AR, AP, Advanced Pricing, iSupplier, iProcurement, Costing, or Configurator.

• Engage in Oracle EBS upgrade and transformation initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams in global delivery settings.

• Operate independently while managing various task assignments.

• Diagnose issues and support stakeholder management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in any field is required.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Oracle SCM solutions and enterprise application delivery.

• At least 2 end-to-end implementations of Oracle SCM Cloud.

• Over 10 years of experience implementing Oracle SCM modules, including OTC, PTP, RTR, PTD, Inventory, Purchasing, Shipping, GOP, AR, AP, Advanced Pricing, iSupplier, iProcurement, Costing, or Configurator.

• Previous experience with Oracle EBS upgrades is essential.

• Significant implementation experience with Oracle Cloud Procurement, Inventory Management, and Cost Management.

• Experience with Oracle Order Management, WMS, Manufacturing (MFG), and Supply Chain Planning (SCP) is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with systems strategy, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, process design, CRP sessions, functional configuration, testing, and client user training.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with effective stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficiency in oral and written communication, including expertise in MS Visio and MS PowerPoint.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.

• Relevant SCM certifications; candidates must possess Oracle Procurement, Inventory, or Order Management Cloud certification or acquire one within the initial 90 days of employment.

• Experience leading an entire work stream involving relevant Oracle applications.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional business and technical teams in global delivery environments.

• Capacity to work independently and effectively manage multiple task assignments.
