📋 Description

• Assist in configuring Oracle Cloud Time and Labor, which encompasses work schedules, time calculation rules, absence integration, and approval processes;

• Collaborate on functional design documentation, configuration workbooks, and setup tasks under the guidance of a Lead or Senior Consultant;

• Engage in unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT);

• Aid in data conversion efforts, including reviewing and validating legacy time and labor data;

• Help track issues, resolve defects, and implement configuration updates during testing phases;

• Take part in client meetings, design workshops, and internal status updates;

• Record meeting notes, action items, and decisions regarding configurations;

• Work with cross-functional teams (Payroll, Absence, Core HR, Integrations) to grasp the impacts on both upstream and downstream processes.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience);

• 0 to 2 years of experience in HR systems, HCM implementations, or related functional positions;

• Basic understanding of workforce time concepts, including time entry, schedules, overtime, and approval workflows;

• Strong analytical abilities and keen attention to detail;

• Capacity to adhere to structured processes and document work comprehensively;

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;

• Additional advantage: Familiarity with Oracle Cloud HCM, particularly Time and Labor, Payroll, or Absence Management;

• Internship or project experience in HR systems or enterprise software implementations;

• Experience in healthcare, public sector, or regulated industries;

• Progress towards or completion of Oracle Cloud Time and Labor training or certification;

• Language proficiency: English: Proficient.
