Oracle Applications DBA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver support for Oracle Apps DBA.

• Execute system security measures and optimize database performance.

• Carry out maintenance and support for Disaster Recovery initiatives.

• Engage in discussions and proof-of-concept projects related to strategic platform solutions.

• Apply best practices for data visualization.

• Detect issues, collect technical requirements, and offer recommendations.

• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to assist with service requests.

• Provide administration services for Oracle OAS, including configuration and troubleshooting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current Security + certification.

• Must be a US Citizen.

• In-depth knowledge of Oracle on-premise and Cloud EBS security.

• Proven experience in system and database optimization, as well as system security and critical function management.

• Background in Disaster Recovery (DR) maintenance and support.

• Experience in providing Oracle Apps DBA support.

• Capability to apply established policies, standards, and effective management principles.

• Familiarity with the VTEI standards document and guidelines.

• Experience in APPS DBA functions related to security compliance and database management.
