Oracle APEX Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the IT-technical functioning of the application, which includes error analysis, provision of hotfixes, and user assistance.

• Independently manage the complete patch management process.

• Develop concepts through functional discussions with stakeholders across various business domains.

• Identify necessary modifications to the system architecture and documentation, including data flow diagrams and system diagrams, within the system documentation and the client's online platforms.

• Translate functional requirements and the enhanced system architecture into technical designs.

• Modify and document technical components according to the employed technologies while adhering to established standards.

• Design test plans, carry out testing, and log test cases.

• Develop, execute, and document performance testing procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive and profound knowledge with significant project experience in Oracle Application Express (versions 18.2, 22.2, and 24.1) covering development, installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance, evidenced by a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience on the CV.

• Solid expertise in MapLibre GL JS, REST web services, Swagger 2.0, YAML, and Universal Theme Upgrade, with at least 5 years of practical experience reflected on the CV.

• Strong programming capabilities in JavaScript and CSS, demonstrated by 5 years of hands-on experience on the CV.

• Proficient knowledge of Oracle Spatial and SQL performance enhancement, evidenced by 5 years of practical experience on the CV.

• Good understanding of Windows and network architectures, along with configuring and maintaining network setups, backed by a minimum of 3 years of proven experience.

• Fluent in German for business communication and possess good English language skills.
