OPS Manager, Project Lead

📋 Description

• Overseeing the working environment throughout the project

• Monitoring and managing the productivity of employees and teams

• Fostering the growth of employees and supervisors

• Managing performance and facilitating client communication

• Ensuring efficient order processing and execution

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience in TP

• Organized work style with the ability to manage high workloads and pressure

• Goal-oriented and solution-focused working approach

• Strong knowledge of internal processes and KPI analysis

• Proficient in German (minimum C1 level)

• Competent in English (B2 level)

• Good command of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
