OPI/VRI Interpreter, Russian/English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

📋 Description

• Handle incoming calls professionally, adhering to the Interpreter's code of conduct.

• Convey all messages with accuracy and completeness, without adding, omitting, or altering any content.

• Enable effective communication between Limited English Proficient individuals and Clients by providing precise and thorough interpretation of messages.

• Always be ready to take notes during calls.

• Possess knowledge of the specific terminology relevant to the industry in which the interpreter operates, particularly healthcare and medical sectors.

• Deliver exceptional customer service during interpretation sessions.

• Adhere to dress code standards for video remote interpreting.

• Must utilize a noise-cancelling, wired headset equipped with a built-in microphone (no wireless or Bluetooth headphones are permitted).
