OPI/VRI Interpreter – English/Polish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Respond to calls in a professional manner while adhering to the Interpreter's code of conduct.

• Be ready to take notes during calls.

• Accurately and completely convey all messages, ensuring no additions, omissions, or substitutions.

• Deliver the highest standard of customer service during interpretation.

• Facilitate effective communication between clients and individuals with Limited English Proficiency by providing precise and thorough interpretation of messages.

• Adhere to dress code standards for video remote interpreting.

• Proficient in both Polish and English languages.

• Capability to manage phone calls in a professional manner.

• Knowledge of healthcare and medical terminology.

• Willingness to pursue additional professional certifications.

• Compliance with technical and equipment specifications (e.g., high-speed internet, dedicated computer, wired headset).
