This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Promote and sell Clinical Diagnostic instruments, including OCTs, retinal cameras, topographers, refraction systems, and Topcon’s Harmony Healthcare Digital Management System.
• Create an annual business plan that will be adjusted and/or updated on a quarterly basis.
• Responsible for efficient territory planning and consistent activity to maximize time effectiveness.
• Conduct weekly instrument demonstrations while customizing presentations and materials to meet specific customer requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive and high-quality account profiles in our CRM system.
• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Experience in selling capital equipment to ophthalmology practices, ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs), hospital systems, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), as well as government and national accounts is preferred.
• Experience in Business to Business Sales.
• Strong preference for candidates with C-level call points experience and demonstrated strategic selling skills.
• Proven track record of top performance in previous sales positions.
• Excellent presentation skills, business acumen, and leadership capabilities.
• Outstanding interpersonal and client relations abilities.
• Proficient in negotiation, conflict resolution, and presentation skills.
• Creative and dynamic problem-solving skills.
• Candidates must reside in Colorado.
