Operators Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Oversee the management of operators and the outsourcing budget.

• Strategize and establish objectives for the team.

• Perform evaluations of operator performance.

• Assist operators with training and developmental initiatives.

• Track team performance to ensure goals are achieved.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is preferred.

• Exceptional leadership abilities to inspire the team and drive them toward excellence.

• Strong capability to adapt team goals and strategies to align with the evolving objectives of the business.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to present data in a coherent manner using tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

• Ability to thrive and contribute effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Familiarity with defect tracking systems (e.g., Jira, etc.).

• Experience in managing projects utilizing Agile Methodology.
