This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• The candidate will play an active role in generating business opportunities through integrated outbound telemarketing activities and managing DEM campaigns.
• Contacting targeted qualified companies based on structured lists.
• Providing an introductory presentation of the company's services and qualifying interest.
• Setting up sales appointments for the sales team.
• Updating contacts and feedback in the CRM or shared files.
• Creating appointments for the commercial team.
• Delivering periodic reports on the progress of activities.
• Managing DEM campaigns on assigned lists.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Commercial aptitude and goal orientation.
• Precision in managing follow-ups.
• Proficiency in the Office suite (Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp or similar).
• Experience using CRM systems and managing contact databases.
• Proficient in utilizing LinkedIn for company and contact research.
• Ability to initiate messaging campaigns on LinkedIn.
• Experience with prospecting tools (e.g., Lusha).
• Interest in digital marketing and lead generation activities.
• Good knowledge of major digital marketing tools.
• Basic knowledge of advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is preferred.
• Previous experience in B2B telemarketing and DEM campaigns is a plus.
• Collaboration as a freelancer.
