Operator, Surface Treatment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Prepare machinery for operational use

• Initiate machinery and make necessary adjustments to enhance performance

• Operate machinery and equipment as per provided instructions

• Identify and resolve issues while ensuring production efficiency

• Conduct quality control, adhere to reporting and record-keeping protocols, and communicate problems to the operations manager

• Adhere to all safety and health regulations

• Clean machinery and uphold cleanliness within the workspace

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in machine operation within a manufacturing environment or similar relevant background

• Must possess a keen attention to detail

• Familiarity with production and plant processes

• Strong analytical and numerical skills: capable of performing mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) across various units of measurement

• Ability to comprehend and follow both written and verbal instructions

• Capability to collaborate effectively within a team

• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, bend, and stand or walk for extended periods

• Openness to work in shifts (including early or late hours, weekends, and overtime as required)
