This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You negotiate effectively with international software providers.

• You manage cross-departmental coordination.

• You oversee the entire software procurement process.

• You clarify which tools we utilize and their associated costs.

• You conduct new and follow-up negotiations with software vendors.

• You reliably monitor contracts and deadlines.

• You actively shape our purchasing processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of practical experience in software procurement.

• Strong negotiation skills in both German and English.

• IT affinity and a sense for AI software.

• Basic knowledge of software compliance.

• Structure, independence, and strong communication skills.

• Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1) in both spoken and written form.
