Operations Unit Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the comprehensive strategy, performance, and operational management of the PT Belgium business unit.

• Supervise various operational teams, including Project Management, Field Services, and Service Operations.

• Responsible for P&L performance, operational strategy, resource allocation, and execution excellence.

• Work in collaboration with Sales, Project Execution, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Field Operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.

• Significant experience in energy infrastructure, power transmission, or industrial services.

• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing large operational teams and project portfolios.

• Strong financial skills with experience in P&L management.

• Background in large infrastructure projects and service operations.

• Proficient in English; knowledge of Dutch or French is advantageous.
