Operations Training Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manages the implementation of Team Member and Manager training within a specified territory.

• Offers constructive feedback on Team Member and Manager training resources.

• Conducts LTO training and ensures execution in the assigned territory.

• Identifies and sources Trainers to deliver training for assigned NSOs.

• Collaborates with Area Directors on action planning following NSO events.

• Cultivates Trainer development to promote self-sufficiency for growth within the Area.

• Implements quarterly focus training sessions and associated activities.

• Assists with test initiatives and shares insights with the Restaurant Excellence team.

• Records Shack visits and provides feedback regarding training and operational system execution to Area Directors and Management Teams.

• Leads MIT calls and conveys feedback effectively.

• Assists with training projects while adhering to set deadlines.

• Collaborates with Field Ops to enhance area personnel planning and Manager development.

• Aids in license and International training as well as the NSO process within designated areas.

• Implements the Certified Training Shack program in the assigned regions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or relevant work experience.

• 3-5 years of Supervisory Experience.

• 1-3 years of Related Experience.

• 1+ years of facilitating training in a multi-unit hospitality setting.

• 2+ years of Management experience within the hospitality sector.
