Operations Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of field resources engaged in Data Collection Driving Operations.

• Manage daily operations in accordance with established standard operating procedures.

• Aid in identifying knowledge gaps while coaching, mentoring, and fostering the professional growth of field surveyors.

• Conduct regular review sessions with teams and Program Managers.

• Organize team meetings to share pertinent information with the group.

• Collaborate with fellow team members to effectively manage the shared workload and coordinate logistics, including coverage for team members when necessary.

• Offer Subject Matter Expert (SME) insights on regional challenges and concerns.

• Help enhance relationships with internal and external customers as well as vendor/partner organizations.

• Take part in weekly and monthly business review meetings with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Assist in the collection and analysis of reporting details.

• Provide status reports (weekly, monthly, etc.) as required.

• Support special projects including invoice verification and reporting metrics as needed.

• Collaborate with both internal teams and external vendor/partner teams to facilitate resource planning support (work plan allocation, management, logistics, etc.) for relevant projects and programs.

• Aid in the creation and maintenance of resource forecasts in partnership with customers for vendor/partner sourcing organizations.

• Support adherence to quality, safety, and financial controls.

• Identify and track performance trends and implement necessary corrective actions to achieve SLA targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Provide insight, guidance, and support for Continual Service Improvement and Service Assurance.

• Assist in driving service improvement programs and initiatives.

• Ensure that RCA includes the appropriate analysis methodology, documented actions, root cause identification, and effective proactive and corrective measures.

• Escalate performance or functional issues to the management team as necessary.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a people manager and/or operations lead.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment, managing a high volume of emails, and addressing urgent program issues promptly.

• Strong people management abilities (effective communication, understanding, respectfulness, rapport-building, setting clear expectations, providing constructive feedback, etc.).

• Self-driven with a demonstrated track record of success.

• A team player who is willing to assist whenever and wherever needed.

• Competent in analyzing data and formulating measurable action plans to enhance performance.

• Willingness to travel as required.
