Operations Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee and mentor the team, ensuring effective execution of tasks.

• Implement short-term operational strategies to guarantee efficiency.

• Administer both material and human resources while actively engaging in daily operations.

• Propel ongoing enhancements in logistics processes, concentrating on cycle counting and logistics management.

• Maintain compliance with both internal and external regulations and procedures.

• Ensure alignment with Genesis Group’s overarching policies and human resource guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical or higher education in agriculture (either completed or currently pursuing).

• Valid Brazilian driving license (CNH) category B, issued a minimum of two years ago.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Prior experience in leadership roles.
